01How does the workbench differ from a chat subscription?
A chat subscription gives every employee the same access to an external service. The workbench gives each person a dedicated agent with its own workspace that edits files and uses tools: in your environment, with your rules, your permissions and your log.
02Is it compatible with GDPR and the works council?
The Workbench is built for it: only models in EU data centres, data rules at the gateway, a pseudonymised audit trail without content, no performance profiles. Your data protection officer and works council make the case-by-case assessment; we provide the documents for it.
03Who operates the workbench?
You do, in your own EU cloud account. We deliver signed versions and set up operations; routine tasks run automatically. On request, we operate it for you.
